The Souls Harbour RESCUE Mission's
Downtown Shelter has moved to 1836 Halifax St.



The shelter provides a number of vital services to impoverished citizens of Regina. The Coffeehouse and Drop-in are located there as well as our Emergency Shelter program for men.

Emergency Shelter

There are a total of 12 beds available in a large dorm style room. Men who need a place to stay can come to the Shelter and have a bed for up to seven nights. We provide them with a toiletries kit and meals. We assist them in making arrangements to enter our LifeChange Discipleship Program or to find other accommodations.

Other Important Information

  • It is a clean and sober environnment and therefore men with known addictions and other life-controlling problems must agree to join the LifeChange Discipleship Program, there is a waiting list program at the shelter for the times when the LCDP is full.
  • Residents share a common bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The washer and dryer are not coin-operated.
