It has always been Rev Ken Porter's dream to lead an inner city church. He had to put that dream aside for many years as Executive Director of Souls Harbour Rescue Mission. Becoming the Senior Chaplain of Good News Chapel, located on 1380 Elphinstone St, has been his dream come true.

Everybody is welcome at this chuch. The rich and poor, lifetime Christians or newbies with some rough edges, simply need to attend to become a member. With new testament community as their goal, attend this church to experience church the way it was meant to be. Check out the following meetings:

• Sunday Services: 11:00am - Followed by potluck dinners.
• Share and Prayer: Wednesdays at 7:00pm - Share your burdens and joys, and pray together with people who know and care about you.
• Prophecy Club: Tuesdays at 7:00pm - Learn about the heart of God through prophecy.
