Harbour House is a 30 suite appartment building run by Souls Harbour Rescue Mission. Built by all three levels of government, this building is helping to fill some important needs in Regina. The Federal Government furnished all the suites and paid for the Emergency Homeless Shelter, the City of Regina provided a five year tax abatement, and the Provincial Government paid for the rest. The following programs are run in this beautiful new building:

• Low Income Housing: 20 Bachelor Suites and 5 1 Bedroom Suites are available.
• Emergency Homeless Shelter for Women, Women with Kids, and Intact Famlies: 5 suites.
  • The only free, unrestricted shelter open to women in Regina.
  • Intact Families are also welcome.
• Women's Wait List: Women waiting for a space in the LifeChange Program will also be able to start their recovery in the Emergency Homeless Shelter.
• As always, a Christian Environment is enforced in this building. Though there are no programs that tenants are required to attend, there are rules of conduct to be followed. This provides a safe environment for everyone in the building.
